The updated contract was approved by the Housing Authority <br /> Board at its January 11, 1983 meeting. <br /> INPACP: Some features of the contract are: <br /> - Submission by the Authority to the County of monthly financial reports of <br /> receipts and disbursements <br /> Vesting,of authority in the County Board of Commissioners to approve any <br /> amendments to the budgets of the Section 8 programs <br /> - Requirement that the Authority inventory all fixed assets acquired with <br /> Orange County Housing Assistance Payments Program Funds <br /> - Submission by the Authority to the County of copies of all correspondence <br /> with the U. S. Department of HUD pertaining to Section 8 <br /> 60 days termination, clause <br /> - Requirement that the Housing Authority comply with provisions of the Local <br /> Government Budget and Fiscal Control Act <br /> RECOMMENDATION: As the Board decides. <br />
