NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> FOR THE FINANCING BY ORANGE COUNTY OF THE <br /> LOCAL SHARE OF THE COSTS OF PAVING <br /> DUMONT DRIVE (S.R. 1595), <br /> LOCATED IN ENO TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article 9 of Chapter 153A of <br /> the General Statutes of North Carolina, the Commissioners of Orange County <br /> have confirmed the Assessment Roll for the financing-by Orange County of the <br /> local share of the cost of paving Dumont Drive (S.R. 1595), in Eno Township, <br /> Orange County, North Carolina. Adjustments to the Preliminary Assessment Roll <br /> were made to the following properties: 1) Orange County Tax Map and Parcel <br /> #14-32, owned by John H. McInnis and Lillie McInnis was corrected from <br /> assessment of $4522.49 to $1,315.00 and 2) Orange County Tax Map and Parcel <br /> #14-9, corrected from showing Jake Patterson Loy and Gladys Patterson, Route 1, <br /> Box 183-D, Hillsborough, N.C. 27278 to read Jack P. Loy and Gladys C. Loy, Box <br /> 184-G, Hillsborough, N.C. 27278. The specifics of the above adjustments made <br /> are in the -minutes of the Orange County Board of Commissioners for its meeting <br /> on January 18, 1983. The confirmed Assessment Roll reflects any adjustment. <br /> Pursuant thereto: <br /> 1. The Board of Commissioners of the County of Orange, North <br /> Carolina, met in regular session in the Courtroom in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, <br /> at 7:30 p.m. on January 18, 1983. <br /> 2. The Chair announced that this was the hour and day fixed by the <br /> Board of Commissioners for the Public `Hearing on the Preliminary Assessment <br /> Roll pursuant to the Board's decision to finance to local share of the cost of <br /> paving, located in Eno Township, Orange County, North Carolina. <br />
