Ayes: Commissioners, Lloyd, Marshall, Walker, Whitted and Willhoit <br /> Noes: None <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Marshall and unanimously approved, the Clerk to the Board was directed to enter <br /> into the minutes of the Board the confirmation date, hour, and minutes. <br /> Thereupon, the Clerk to the Board entered the confirmation effective <br /> 7:40 o'clock p.m., the 18th day of January, 1983. <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Marshall and unanimously approved the Clerk to the Board was directed to <br /> deliver a copy of the confirmed Assessment Roll to the Orange County Tax <br /> Collector. <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Marshall and unanimously approved, the Orange County Tax Collector was <br /> directed to publish once, a Notice, no earlier than 20 days from the date of <br /> confirmation as herein set forth, that the Assessment Roll for the financing by <br /> Orange County of the local share of the cost of paving Dumont Drive (S.R. 1595), <br /> located in Eno Township, Orange County, North Carolina, has been confirmed and <br /> that assessments may be paid without interest at any time before the expiration <br /> of 30 days from the day that the Notice is published and that if not paid within <br /> that time, all installments thereof shall bear interest in an amount equal to the <br /> interest on past due ad valorem taxes in Orange County. The Chair directed <br /> that said Notice shall be published in the Durham Herald Paper. Said Notice <br /> shall be in substantially the following form: <br />
