CERTIFICATE OF MAILING <br /> I, Paulette Pridgen Pond, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners of <br /> Orange County, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that on or about January <br /> 6, 1983, I mailed, by first-class mail, postage prepaid, a Notice to each property <br /> owner of the Public Bearing to be held on the Preliminary Assessment Roll for <br /> the financing by Orange County of the local share of the cost of paving Dumont <br /> Drive (S.R. 1595), located in Eno Township, Orange County, North Carolina.
