NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> FOR THE FINANCING BY ORANGE COUNTY OF THE <br /> LOCAL SHARE OF THE COSTS OF PAVING <br /> MACE ROAD (S.R. 1384), <br /> LOCATED IN CHEEKS TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article 9 of Chapter 153A of <br /> the General Statutes of North Carolina, the Board of Commissioners of Orange <br /> County has confirmed the Assessment Roll for the financing by Orange County of <br /> the local share of the cost of paving Mace Road (S.R 1384), in Cheeks Township, <br /> Orange County, North Carolina, in toto. The specifies of any adjustment made <br /> are in the minutes of the Orange County Board of Commissioners for its meeting <br /> on January 18, 1983. The confirmed Assessment Ron reflects any adjustment. <br /> Pursuant thereto: <br /> 1. The Board of Commissioners of the County of Orange, North <br /> Carolina, met in regular session in the Courtroom in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, <br /> at 7:30 p.m. on January 18, 1983. <br /> 2. The Chair announced that this was the hour and day fixed by the <br /> Board of Commissioners for the Public Hearing on the Preliminary Assessment <br /> Roll pursuant to the Board's decision to finance the local share of the cost of <br /> paving Mace Road (S.R. 1384), located in Cheeks Township, Orange County, North <br /> Carolina. <br /> 3. All persons attending and wishing to be heard were recognized by <br /> the Chair and were heard. <br /> 4. The Board confirmed the Assessment Roll and directed its delivery <br /> to the Orange County Tax Collector. <br /> 5. The assessments confirmed by the Board may be paid without <br />
