General Engineering and Environmental Management Services 35 <br />• Permitting and installation of methane monitoring well system. <br />• Revised and permitted an erosion control plan for complete facility development. <br />• Bid, award, and provide construction administration of a clearing and grubbing package for the preparation <br />of the Phase 2 development. <br />• Prepared and submitted a permit amendment for the extension of the Phase I permit to operate. Permit <br />amendment included the modification of the facility operations plan. <br />Currently, HDR is completing the following activities: <br />• Evaluation of the greenhouse gas reporting requirements under 40 CFR 98, Subpart HH. <br />• Assisting County landfill staff with self performance of the initial grading and excavation of the Phase 2 cell. <br />• Oversight of wetlands mitigation through Army Corps of Engineers. <br />• Preparation of a Facility Master Plan. <br />Additionally, HDR will provide future engineering services for the expansion of the next phases of operation. <br />Page 20 IM <br />
