Readling, PE, will serve as HDR's Project Director designated to work with County staff and will <br />coordinate and direct all solid waste related work. Joe has over 24 years of solid waste experience focused in the <br />Southeast. He is supported by a team of experienced HDR professionals including Mr. Robert J. Rella, PE, as HDR's <br />Project Principal, and Mr. Eric A. Wright, PE, for Quality Assurance /Quality Control. Combined, Joe, Bob, and Eric <br />have over 65 years of waste management experience in the Southeast and across the US. As HDR's Carolinas Quality <br />Control Coordinator, Mr. Wright will lead the efforts to ensure project quality from start to a successful completion. Our <br />project team has a reputation for performing innovative, quality work, on schedule and within the allotted budget. We <br />pride ourselves on responsiveness and client satisfaction, and we are committed to the continued development and <br />success of all aspects of the County's solid waste management system. <br />Mr. Robert Rella, PE, Senior Vice President, HDR's East Region Waste Facilities Director, is authorized to bind HDR <br />contractually with Orange County.
