c. Preparation of a ITia indicating, for areas outside Hillsborough's new ETJ boundary but <br />`~ within the newly defined Future Annexation Boundary, areas called "Proposed <br />Hillsborough Services/Future .Annexation Area" in which Hillsborough's municipal land <br />use regulations as they may be jointly agreed upon, should be applied, to two specific <br />interest azeas with delegation of authority to the Town of Hillsborough for administering <br />regulations in one area and Orange County, the other. <br />d. Preparation of a m~pa indicating areas that are outside of Hillsborough's jurisdictional <br />interest (i.e., Town Limits, ET7, "Proposed Hillsborough ServiceslFuture Annexation <br />Area', which are part of the Orange County/Town of Hillsborough peripheral <br />Coordinated Planning Area, where mei,?±~nia,ns will be established for courtesy review <br />and information-sharing as developmeiR proposals are considered. <br />e. Provisions specifying that, for areas idesrtified as called for in item (c} above, Orange <br />County shall retain jurisdiction far land use management and regulation, but shall enact <br />Hillsborough's zoning regulations for application to those azeas. <br />t.
