They noted that less land would b <br /> used, the building used nothing (no water/sewer lines) and would save on construction <br /> costs by using less land. <br /> i <br /> Commissioner Willhoit asked how many of these units would be built and the <br /> j material which would be used. <br /> Ms. Maxwell responded that the one <br /> p. presently under discussion with another <br /> smaller unit within a year near Hideaway Estates also on Hwy '86; Mr. Cline replied <br /> that the material is fiberglass and concrete slab. <br /> Commissioner Willhoit asked if materials more harmonious with the surroundings <br /> could be used. He suggested brick, for an example. <br /> Mr. Cline responded that screening would be ulled for the building. and it <br /> would not be obtrusive; they prefer to use the, previously mentioned materials, <br /> t <br /> i.e. concrete slab floor and fiberglass body. <br /> Commissioner Willhoit asked about future maintenance of the landscaping <br /> materials. <br /> Mr. Cline said evergreens would be used which require a minimum of future <br /> maintenance and that the office in Chapel Hill has someone who does the landscaping <br /> maintenance. They will comply with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Commissioner Gustaveson asked what the telephone company's general response <br /> was to the requirements as outlined in Section 6.13. <br />
