Mr. Bane elaborated saying that in the other park he had attempi.ed <br /> to provide equipment as well as facilities but that non-residents had come in and <br /> damaged the equipment and facilities; consequently, he would only provide the <br /> facilities at this park. Those whop{ he has told about Mr. Bane's planned new <br /> park are excited about it and would like to live there. He cited some concerns <br /> ` about extra expenses involved in developing the new park fearing that it may <br /> ` increase the cost of living there. Mr. Hilliard said Mr. Bane provided snow <br /> removal and the roads in the present park were clear during storms. He had no <br /> complaints.
