Ms. Betty June Hayes, Register of Deeds, asked that no other <br /> agencies be moved into the building until the space needs of present occupants <br /> i <br /> are met. Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to <br /> I <br /> implement the Capital Plan (see page, 9 7 for Budget Amendment). Vote: Ayes, 4; <br /> i <br /> I Noes, 0. <br /> i <br /> 4. Energy Coordinator/Management Analyst Position: Commissioner <br /> Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Marshall that the moving of the <br /> Energy Coordinator position to the Manager's Office be approved (see page AWS <br /> for job description). Vote: Ayes, 4; Noes, 0. <br /> Discussion: The Manager suggested that both the HSAC and the Energy Commission <br /> have full involvement in deciding staff time availability during the clarifi- <br /> cation of'objectives and implementation stages. The Memorandum of Understanding <br /> (see paget/Oy for details) would spell out, with each Commission that we attempt <br /> to assist, how we would allocate initially and adjust that tinting as we went <br /> through the year, Mr. Keith Aldridge, HSAC Representative, suggested reporting <br /> back in six months with a Status report on the staff person by the HSAC Chair. <br /> Commissioner Whitted concluded that in dealing with the HSAC the Board wo;y:c' <br /> identify task; and in dealing with the Energy Commission the Board would <br /> I <br /> identify an area that needs top priority and utilize resources available fu. <br /> I <br /> weatherization to the fullest extent possible. <br /> ADDED ITEM: <br /> Phillips Project: Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner <br /> i <br /> Marshall to submit the grant application. Vote: Ayes 4; Noes, 0. <br /> ADDED ITEM: <br /> Deed from the Town of Hillsborough: The Board acknowledged that the <br /> Deed had been accepted and recorded.
