McAdams: "If the zoning had not been enacted in Septembers the <br />developer would have done ti~at we have in mind anyway and we're just asking far <br />the rezroning so he can gv ahead and do it. ~ Tha e~dsting development down `:there <br />pxavides the best information an what will be continued.." <br />Mx. Caru~i-ty. Reminded th'e Boards. that this is a rezoning request. and <br />they must weigh the merits of the project for. this zoning di.strict.in its particular <br />location.
