Commissioner Marshall moved, seconded 6y Commissioner <br />Gustaveson, to approve the planning Board's recommendation of approval af.~ <br />Hickory Hill Preliminary Plat with the three conditions recommended"by the <br />Planning Board .(see page l ~ for those conditions) and the additional <br />stdpulation that the existing lot of approximately 1.6 acres 6e allowed - <br />access tv the proposed Glass B road in the subdivision. Commissioner Willhoit, <br />noting that the subdivision was divided by two different fire districts, offered <br />an amendment (which was accepted) that the subdivision be within one fire district. <br />Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />ELIZABETH.PEGG LATTA PROPERTY: Mr. Cannity made the Planning Department's <br />..presentation to the Board.on this subdivision (see page of this book for <br />_ specifics). Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commiss.ivner Walker, - ~- <br />to approve the Planning Board's recommendation of approval of this subdivision <br />with the .attached condition (see page / 3 for the condition). Vote: Ayes, 5; <br />noes, 0. <br />Commissioner W'illhoit,.questioning the wisdom of approving lots that don't.. <br />perk, asked that the Tax Supervisor prepare an analysis of valuation of before -- <br />and after tax values on such lots. <br />SANDBERG WOODS PRELIMINARY PLAT: Mr. Cannity made the Planning Depart- <br />ment's presentation to the Board on this subdivision (see page /w of this <br />book for specifics). Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner. <br />Walker, to approve the Planning Board's recommendation for approval of this <br />subdivision. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />EVERETT'AND EVELYN RUSH PROPERTY: Mr. Cannity made the Planning Depart- <br />ment's presentation to the Board an this subdivision (see page /.S of this <br />book for specifics).
