<br />NOW, THEREFORE, ZT IS ACC ORDINOLY OADER:.D that the Durham Bank & Trust
<br />Company (Bill sboro Branch), be, and the said Hank Se hereby, specifically
<br />d eei grated as the official depository of the funds of Orange County for the
<br />period beginning the 1st day of December, 1941, and ending on the 1st day
<br />of December, 1942,
<br />It is further ordered that said deal gnation is conditioned anon the execu-
<br />tion and delivery of a depository agreement by the Durham Bank & Trust Company
