C~n¢nissioner Walker had a copy of an ordinance which had been passed <br />and applied to thirty-eight counties in North Carolina prohibiting the spot- <br />lighting of deer between certain hours. Qastmi-ssionax Gustaveson moved, secarided <br />by Ca~enission~s Walker, to refer this ordinanoe to the County Attorney far his <br />opinion and if it was a matter of getting orange County added to the list of <br />thirty~ight counties already under the orcL^anae that the Attorney should be <br />in contact with our Legislators to acc~nplish same.
