He asked that the permits be denied. <br /> Ms. Miriam Murdoch: A resident of the Bingham Township, said <br /> the dairyla.nd and farmland were endangered species. The noise <br /> pollution will distixrb the cows; air pollution may be a problem; <br /> and water may not be available. She asked the. Boards not permit - <br /> non-conforming uses. She asked if Buck Mountain will compensate its <br /> I neighbors. She asked that neither the rezoning or special use permits <br /> be granted. <br /> Mr. Kizer: A resident of Bingham Township, addressed the Boards <br /> as a member of that Township not a member of the Planning Board. A <br /> copy of Mr. Kizer's remarks are on pages of this book. <br /> Mr. Kizer is opposed to this request. Mr. Kizer said this proposal <br /> is the first test of zoning. Zoning is supposed to provide protection. <br /> Ms. Pat Crawford, Chairwoman of the Planning Board, presented <br /> Chairman Whitted with a letter from Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fisher, <br /> residents of Bingham Township. The Fishers are opposed to this <br /> I. request from Buck Mountain Development. A copy of that letter is <br /> i <br /> on page of this book. <br /> Mr. Phillip Frontiere, Jr. : A recent resident of Orange County, <br /> said he had formerly lived in Dallas, Texas.
