Mr. Jones, representing the neighbors of the Eno State Park, said he lived at the Cates Ford area of the Park and the Elio River State Park is a good neighbor. The park is an asset to the area and all would benefit from the implementation of the proposals contained within this Plan- cca nissionar Willhoit moved, seconded by 0 miissioner Gustaveson, to approve the Eno River State Park Public Water-Based Recreation Development, RC & D Measure Plan # 37-6001-135-029, and to authorize the Chair to sign it. I Commissioner Walker suggested delaying action until the Eno River Group had._ .. - I had sufficient time to study it and to allow others to speak.
