Town of Carrboro Ordinance: The Manager told the Board that carrboro <br /> was requesting the Board adopt an ordinance to have apartment owners having eight <br /> or more units to submit a list of all tenants as of January 1 to the Tax Supervisor <br /> not later than January 30, 1982. The Manager told the Board that the County already <br /> had the authority to do this under GS 105-296-G and in fact did already require <br /> this; therefore another ordinance was unnecessary. Commissioner Marshall suggested <br /> the County talk with Carrboro and Chapel Hill and tell them what it is doing with <br /> regard to the collection of taxes. <br /> 12. Work Session on Water Resources Task Force Report: The Board set <br /> March 17, 1982, at 7:30 P.M. as the date for a work session on the Water Resources <br /> Task Force Report. Both the Planning-Board and the Task Force are to be notified <br /> and invited to attend the meeting. <br /> 13. Added Item-Road Matter: Cmudssioner Gushaveson said there had been a <br /> serious accident at the intersection of Mt. Carmel Church Road (formerly Farrington. <br /> Road) and J0-50i S. the previous week.
