Davis, Zoning Officer, Orange County, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY <br />that I have mailed, or have had mailed, by certified, return receipt requested, postage <br />prepaid to the owners of the subject petition, and by first class mail, postage prepaid, to the <br />adjoining property owners within 500 feet, a Notice of the Public Hearing to be held <br />regarding an Orange County initiated Zoning Atlas Amendment to rezone properties from <br />Economic Development- Limited Office -1 (ED -LO -1) to Economic Development- Linear Office <br />(ED -LNR).
