14 <br />Attachment 5 <br />Care and Social Assistance Offices, of Companies and Enterprises; Professional, <br />Scientific and Technical Services. <br />The Orange County Board of County Commissioners and the Orange County Planning <br />Board will hold a joint public hearing at 7:30 PM on this rezoning on November 24, 2008 at the <br />F. Gordon Battle Courtroom at 106 East Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278. A public <br />notice will be posted on the premises at least ten 10 days before the hearing, and a legal <br />advertisement will appear in the Durham Herald and the News of Orange for two successive <br />weeks with the first notice appearing not less than ten (10) days nor more than twenty -five (25) <br />days prior to the public hearing. <br />This notice is being sent to you because your property is either included in this rezoning <br />or it is within 500 feet of the property proposed for a zoning classification amendment. This <br />notice is provided pursuant to N.C.
