Student /Housing Generation Rate <br />Responsible Entity for Suggesting Change -The updating of this section will be <br />conducted by Planning Directors, School Representatives, Technical Advisory <br />Committee (SAPFOTAC) and referred to the BOCC for certification. <br />1. <br />Projections will be distributed to SAPFO partners for review and comments to the BOCC <br />prior to certification. <br />Definition - A projected number of students that are generated from two different types <br />of housing, "single-family" and "other". Single-family also includes double-wide or <br />greater manufactured and modular homes. "Other" includes multifamily and single- <br />wide mobile homes. The standards were created during the Tischler and Associates <br />School Impact Fee Report of February 2001. It should be noted that housing types have <br />been disaggregated in the newly adopted Student Generation Rates that go into effect <br />2. <br />November 15, 2010.
