Staff has provided at Attachment 4 a memorandum <br />outlining various components of SAPFO and the relationship of Pre-K to SAPFO. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: CHCCS has projected capital facility construction needs as follows: <br />Projected need for: <br />New Elementary #11 2012-2013 <br />New Middle School #5 2016-2017 <br />Expanded High School 2019-2020 <br />OCS is not expected to have new school construction needs in the 10-year planning period, but <br />continued development within the Orange County portion of the City of Mebane may impact <br />future projections and needs. <br />
