Additionallv, <br /> when the elevation would be met by an elevation of the <br /> chassis thirtv-six (36)inches or less above the agr de at <br /> the site the chassis shall be supported by reinforced <br /> piers or en�ineered foundation. When the elevation of <br /> the chassis is above thirty-six(36) inches in hei ngLt, an <br /> en ing eering certification is required. Finall�all <br /> enclosures or skirtin�below the lowest floor shall meet <br /> the requirements of subsection(e). <br /> (e) Elevated buildings.
