Such certification shall be provided to the administrator <br /> along with the operational and maintenance plans. <br /> (d) Manufactured homes.Manufactured <br /> homes that are located within a SFHA or on a lot where <br /> a SFHA is located shall be securely anchored to an <br /> adequately anchored foundation to resist flotation, <br /> collapse and lateral movement,either by en ig neer <br /> certification, or in accordance with the most current <br /> edition of the State of North Carolina Reg:ulations for <br /> Manufactured Homes adopted by the Commissioner of <br /> Insurance pursuant to NCGS 143-143.15. Additionallv, <br /> when the elevation would be met by an elevation of the <br /> chassis thirtv-six (36)inches or less above the agr de at <br /> the site the chassis shall be supported by reinforced <br /> piers or en�ineered foundation. When the elevation of <br /> the chassis is above thirty-six(36) inches in hei ngLt, an <br /> en ing eering certification is required. Finall�all <br /> enclosures or skirtin�below the lowest floor shall meet <br /> the requirements of subsection(e). <br /> (e) Elevated buildings.
