Program design was made available at the County Housing and Community Development office <br />as well as on the County website. No public comments have been received to date. <br />The Consolidated Housing Plan must be approved by all jurisdictions prior to submission of the <br />document to the Greensboro HUD Office no later than May 14, 2010. The Plan was approved <br />by the Town of Chapel Hill on April 26, 2010 and will be considered by the Towns of Carrboro <br />and Hillsborough on May 10, 2010. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: An approved Consolidated Housing Plan for Fiscal Years 2010 - 2015 <br />must be on file with the Greensboro HUD Office in order for the Orange County HOME <br />Consortium to continue to receive HOME Investment Partnership Program funding. <br />RECOMMENDATON(S): The Manager recommends the Board adopt the resolution approving <br />the FY2010 - 2015 Consolidated Housing Plan for Orange County. <br />
