Orange County PY 2010 - 2015 Consolidated Plan <br />How will Orange County address the needs of people who are homeless? <br />The Orange County 10-Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness includes Orange <br />County and the Towns of Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br />Through the combined efforts of elected officials, service providers, business leaders, <br />government agencies, and the citizens of Orange County, chronic homelessness in <br />Orange County will end within 10 years.
