Harvey, Zoning Enforcement Officer with Orange County, North Carolina, DO <br />HEREBY CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Article Twenty (20} of the <br />Orange County Zoning Ordinance I have mailed, or have caused to be mailed, by certified <br />mail a Notice of Public Hearing to be held regarding the processing of a Zoning Atlas <br />Amendment petition initiated by Planning Staff and the property owners, Mr. and Mrs. <br />Dennis and Tracy Jones, to rezone a parcel of properly at 4115 Old NC 10 {TMBL,5.26..40 / <br />PIN 9893-00-8606} from Existing Commercial Five (EC-5) to Rural Residential One (R-1 ). <br />The owners were identified according to the Tax Records and as required by Article Twenty <br />(20}, of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br />The mailed notice specified the date, time, place and subject of the Public Hearing. <br />WITNESS my hand, this 7th day of November 2008. <br />~......
