Commissioner Gustaveson voiced a concern that the audit gave <br /> 8. no historical perspective and no detailed analysis; he feels that <br /> 9. it is an inadequacy in the audit. <br /> 10. Mr. Wilson said the accounting guidelines had changed over the <br /> s <br /> 11. past few years. <br /> 12• Commissioner Gustaveson said there were still two basic concerns: <br /> 13• 1) it is a historical document; 2) ease of reference for general <br /> 14• citizens. <br /> 15• Mr. Dietrich said additional schedules could be added if the <br /> 16. Board wished that type of information included in the audit. <br /> 17. Commissioner Barnes told the auditors of this Board's concern <br /> 18• about multiple audits. She desired the auditor's comments on any <br /> 19• duplication of efforts they might perceive. Commissioner Barnes <br /> 10. said that the Board would like to search out ways to integrate. <br /> -'1• audits, that is, have .one or two audits serve several purposes. <br /> 22• Commissioner Whitted moved to accept the audit report for <br /> 23• 1980-81; Commissioner Walker seconded the motion. Vote: Ayes, <br /> 24. noes, 0. <br /> 25• 4. HSAC <br /> 26. Ms. Lisa Berolzheimer, the HSAC consultant, told the Board <br /> 27• the HSAC had set up six committees of fifteen members each to rank <br /> 28. the needs identified for the Needs Assessment report. Commissioner <br /> 29. Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Whitted, to approve the <br /> 30• committees and those nominated for those committees for the human <br /> 31. services needs assessment project; and further, that the Steering <br /> - 32. Committee be allowed to appoint persons to replace those who are <br /> 53. unable to serve. Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> 34- 5. CD Legal and Appraisal Contracts <br /> 356 Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner <br /> 36. Whitted, to approve the CD legal and appraisal contracts and to <br /> 37• authorize the Chairman to sign them. Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> 3$• 6.
