Franklin St, Suite 106, Chapel BEL NC 27516 (919) 968 -2287 <br />The following documents have been prepared by Animal Services staff based upon <br />�muved mimrtes from Board of County Commissioner WCC) meetings on May 2& <br />and Jame 3r� 2008. <br />To 'summarize the concerns of over fifty citizens, staff has taken the minutes from those <br />two meetings where public comment was received and created from them two sets of <br />documents. One is a set of bullet point summaries of each speaker's concerns and <br />opinions. Those views were thew organized into the second set of documents, which <br />contains main themes of concem both for and against the amendment part together under <br />tbree main categories. Those categories arc `Citizen and Animal Rights,' `Education and <br />Enforcement' and `Tether's and Pens.' <br />Both sets, as well as the original mimrtes taloen from 1t two meetings, have been <br />provided as a part of this document for use by the BOCC members in looking at this <br />issue. <br />L Main.
