The top of such enclosun: shall be coven:d with materials to provide the dog <br />with shade and protection from the elements. <br />6.Maumelle-Arkansas <br />Confinement of Animals: From and after the passage of this Ordinance any person <br />owning animals whether vacclnated or unvaccinated, licensed or unlicensed, shall <br />confine such animal within an adequate fence or enclosure, or within a house, garage or <br />other building in conformance with Maumelle Bitl of Assurance or its sucxessor. Animals <br />shall riot be tied or chained th doghouses, or other stationary objects, but must bean an <br />approved enclosure. Sterilized cats are exempt from confinement <br />
