Morgan gave an overview to the committee of the <br />"Working Document" : A motion was made by Pat Sanford and secondeodbyJames Kramer that the <br />Animal Services Advisory Board feels this is a wary strong document that should be used and <br />recomrnendeod to the BOCC with a few minor modification that staff agreed to make..
