The study <br /> was created in response to the community's expressed interest in <br />13) 5-13 21-22 maintaining the community character of Efland and was completed with a BOCC 7/9/2008 <br /> great deal of citizen support The study included an informal citizen survey, <br /> a citizen-appointed Steering Committee and seven community meetings. <br /> The result of the study were recommendations that the "community as a <br /> whole felt were important to the future of Efland."
