Commissioner Walker asked that the Eno Watershed item be dis- <br /> -1 on the agenda; Commissioner Barnes added personnel and <br /> 15. Cussed as E <br /> 16. property matters to the executive session and reserved the right of <br /> 17. the .Board to instruct the Manager following the architects' present- <br /> l8. ations on the Old Courthouse. <br /> 19. Agenda Item B: Audience Comments <br /> 00 Ms. Evans wished to speak to the the architects' presentations; <br /> Ms. Josephine Barbour and Mr. Ben Lloyd wished to address the Upper <br /> 22. Eno Watershed item. <br /> 23. Agenda Item C: Minutes--September 28, 1981 <br /> 24. Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner <br /> 25. Whitted, the approval of the Minutes of September 28, 1981, as <br /> 26. submitted. <br /> 27. Agenda Item D: Architects Reports <br /> 28. Burnstudio: Robert and Norma Burns gave the Board back- <br /> 29. ground on Burnstudio, noting the size of the staff as well as on- <br /> 30. going projects and the primary focus of the firm. The.firm said <br /> 31- it had extensive experience in renovation of courthouses. An approx- <br /> ,2� imate estimate for the Old Courthouse project is $163,000 to $230,000, <br /> depending on exactly what the Board wished included or excluded. <br /> 34- Cogwell/Hauser: Mr. Cogswell and Mr. Haskins presented back- <br /> 35• ground information on this firm. They noted previous projects and <br /> 36. current projects and said they were of sufficient size to give ind- <br /> 37. ividual attention to the project as well as get drawings completed <br /> 38. quickly. <br /> 39. <br /> 40. <br />
