Lambeth, Jr.: Mr. Lloyd -said Mr. Lambeth owned a tract of <br /> land between Highway 54 and SR 1475; Mr.. Lambeth was valued from the <br /> Y Highway 54 side while his neighbors were valued from the SR side. Mr. <br /> Lloyd recommended a 22% adjustment to get parity with Mr. Lambeth's _- <br /> • neighbors.
