• The administration will be prepared to recommend further reductions if that should become <br />necessary, although the worst-case scenario reductions would be catastrophic. They would <br />come on the heels of reductions of a similar magnitude made last year. If the County <br />Commissioners can restore $62 of the $144 reduction in per-pupil funding that we <br />experienced last year and fully fund the additional 94 students who are projected to enroll in <br />our school district, it will help greatly as we prepare a budget that would continue the level of <br />educational excellence that this community expects.
