Commissioner <br /> Gustaveson questioned one firm..,which was from Wake County; <br /> Staff said this firm had requested permission to make a proposal <br /> after it had.been consulted.by. several of.. the:.local:..firms.�:�because <br /> of its expertise with historic.,buildings.
