o~ D - ao~ o- o~® <br />Technology Application Project <br />Orange County Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />y_~o_~o <br />S/,~ <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds to retrofit facilities for new technology <br />systems. On June 5, 2009 the Orange County Board of Education approved their <br />2009/2010 Capital Investment Plan. The adopted CIP was different from the <br />original plan provided to the County Budget office. The CIP included $310,000 for <br />technology and deletes funds from Cameron Park Chiller ($160,000) and Stanford <br />Middle bathroom renovations ($150,000). The action by the Orange county Board <br />of Education'was too late to be included in the adoption of the County's 2009/2010 <br />Annual Budget.
