Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> 2-j. <br /> Commissioner Whitted moved the Minutes of September 8 (10:00 <br /> 28. <br /> A.M.) , 1981, be approved as submitted; Commissioner Gustaveson <br /> 29. <br /> seconded the motion. Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> 30. <br /> Agenda Item 4: Dr. Mayer's report <br /> 31. <br /> Dr. Pamela Mayer, Superintendent of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro <br /> 32. <br /> Schools, presented to the Board a brief report regarding the reorgw <br /> 33. <br /> 3 anization of that school system. She. added that reorganization was 34- <br /> 35• <br /> accomplished with no staff reduction. She said accountability was 36. - <br /> the "key word" to describe this reorganization. 'The. Board asked <br /> 37. Dr. Mayer about the effect on the school lunch program the Federal <br /> 38, budget cuts were having on that program. Dr. Mayer promised to get <br /> 39. <br /> 40. <br />
