S~everability <br />17 <br />18 If any article, section, subsection, clause, phrase, or portion of this ordinance is for any <br />19 reason found invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such <br />20 decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br />al <br />22 B. As provided in the N.C.
