She asked if there was any <br /> discussion of that or other uses being eliminated. <br /> Dave Stancil said, based on the watershed classification, there are a number of <br /> provisions that are allowed. In this case, this is an acknowledgement that the impacts and final <br /> results are not known of implementing these rules and whether it will allow all potential uses to be <br /> viable in the future. <br />
