Commissioner Whi.tted seconded the <br /> motion; Commissioner Mitted further mentioned that this site was being <br /> considered as a day treatment facility by the Mental Health Board in <br /> order to provide a mandated service which grew out of a class action <br /> suit, designated "Willie M." The Recreation Director said he foresaw <br /> • a multipurpose use for that facility and that such use would not be <br /> • inconsistent with Pecreation's plans.
