Commissioner Barnes moved <br /> • Item 3 to follow number 6 and agenda item 7 to preceed.'number 5. <br /> • Agenda Item 2: Audience Comments <br /> • There were no cots from the audience about matters either on <br /> • or not on the printed agenda. 'ire were mmtx of various OanmissiarLs <br /> - and Task Forces who were present and available for camments should the <br /> • need arise. <br /> Agenda Item 4: Recreation and Parks Advisory <br /> Council <br /> Mr. Wayne Weston, Orange County Recreation and Parks Director, and <br /> Mr. Ron Hyatt, Chair of the Orange County Recreation and Parks Advisory <br /> Council were present and responded to Board inquiries, as did Ms. Howes, <br /> a member of that Advisory Council. <br /> Mr. Weston referred the Board to his memo attachment (see page <br /> of this book) and summarized it briefly for the Board. Coxmiissioner <br /> Willhoit moved, seconded by Camiissioner Gustaveson, adoption of the <br /> rendatian by the Recreation Department providing space in the Old <br /> Cedar Grove Elementary School for leisure and other human service pro- <br /> grams, with the management of that facility under the direction of the <br /> Recreation DepartzTent.Vcte:Ayes, 4; noes, 0. During further discussion, <br /> the Board asked the county Attorney to work use agreements through the <br /> Recreation Department. <br />
