People who prefer to <br />speak will get in line at one or more standing microphones. <br />Facilitator will call on speakers and read questions/comments. <br />As questions are raised, facilitator (with Macon's assistance) will ask one or <br />more appropriate Task Force members in the audience to answer/respond at <br />the microphone.
