Annual Vacation Leave - Maximum Accumulation of Leave. <br /> Employees of Orange County, employed by the County and working <br /> for the County on August 3, 1981, may accrue annual leave until <br /> and including September 2, 1981, and, where applicable, in excess <br /> of thirty (30) days. Effective September 3, 1981, all employees <br /> of Orange County may accrue leave until a maximum of thirty (30) <br /> days has accumulated. No employees may thereafter accumulate <br /> more than thirty (30) days annual leave. An employee that has <br /> accumulated thirty (30) or more days leave may continue to <br /> earn leave on a monthly basis as described in Sec. 6 of this <br /> Article. However, any such leave earned must be used in the <br /> month earned or be permanently lost. <br />
