Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by C=- <br /> ,� missioner Walker, refund of tax double listed. Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> 4. Donald Levine. Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by Can- <br /> Walker, to approve the Tax Supervisor's recaTmndation to refund tax paid <br /> due to listing of wrong car. Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> 5. John & Shirley Maddry. Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded <br /> by Camussianer Walker, the refund of tax paid when they railed to receive <br /> Land Use Grant to which they were entitled. Requests for Release/refund of taxes: <br /> Ms. Smith told the Board Ms. Frautschi, Mr. Mooers and Ms. Nualey <br /> wished to amend their 1981 tax listings, feeling that 5% exceeds the true <br /> value. Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to <br /> have the Tax Office make an on-site visit for the purpose of appraising the <br /> personal property of Ms.' Frautschi, Mx. 1400ers and Ms. Numley. Vote: <br /> Ayes, 3, noes, 0. <br /> 4. R. G. Barry Corporation. Requests that penalty for late <br /> S <br /> listing be dropped; Ms. Smith said they had not sent a lett-a requesting <br /> an extension of the listing time. Commissioner Gustaveson roved, seconded <br /> by Commissioner Mitted, to deny the request for release of 1981 late list- <br /> ing penalty. Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> 5. Intimate Bookshop.
