Orange County will assist and work with Barber ~ Ross in <br />the specific location of the Sewer system facilities in order to <br />minimize the impact to the operation of Barber & Ross now and in <br />the future. Aarber & Ross, its successors and assigns shall, <br />Tram time to time, at the request of Orange County, execute, <br />acknowledge and deliver to Orange County any and all future <br />instruments which may reasonably be required to give full force <br />and effect to the provisions of this easement. <br />6. The operation of the Orange County sewer collection <br />grid treatment system will be subject to and pPrf~~rmed iri <br />compliance with all regulations and ordinances which Orange <br />County has now adopted and may adopt or amend from time to time. <br />7. .Barber 6.
