Explain how this project is integrated into other s services or facilities provided by your agency. <br />Answer: Currently, ETS provides services to Campus Crossings, Duke University and North <br />Carolina Central University and businesses in the surrounding triad area. These services are <br />strictly shuttle services and does not require housing of staff. Office space will be used <br />primarily for mobilitymanager, dispatcher and meeting space for functions. All drivers will <br />be cross-trained on routes and receive driver training. The current maintenance worker will <br />service vehicles and ensure contracts are adhered to for maximum and safe vehicle <br />
