She feels the agricultural aspect of the land should <br />be protected. Mr. Payne said the health program serviced clinics over the entice <br />State. Fie said the University was ~,tprn~ for adequate safety and <br />physical, fii-anAarrl~ at an airport which might serve its needs. <br />Mr. Kizer asked Mr. Payne i.f Duke University used the Horace 'nilliams <br />Aixpvrt. ~Ir. Payne replied. yes. <br />Mr. Shanklin asked about the distance fran the University such an <br />airport might be located.
