Limit of Liabilitv - <br /> 19 <br /> 2o In no event shall the County or any of its officers, employees, or agents be held <br />' 21 liable in damages for any misfeasance, malfeasance, or nonfeasance occurring in <br /> 22 good faith in connection with the duties or obligations imposed by this ordinance. <br /> 23 <br /> 2a 3. No Cause of Action <br /> 25 <br /> 26 In no event shall any cause of action azise out of the failure of a person reseazching <br /> z7 the title of a particular tract to report to any person the proximity of the tract to a <br /> 28 qualifying farm or voluntary agricultural district as defined in this ordinance. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 B. S�i�na�e <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Signs identifying approved agricultural districts shall be placed along the rights-of-way of <br /> 33 major roads that pass through or next to those disti-icts. Additionally, signs shall be posted <br /> 34 at the perimeter of qualifying farms that have executed the Conservation Agreement to <br /> 35 � participate in the A�ricultural District.Placement of signage shall be coordinated with the <br /> 36 N.C.Department of Transportation. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 C. Mans <br /> 39 <br /> 40 � Maps identifying approved Voluntary Aericultural Districts and Enhanced Voluntarv <br /> 41 A�-icultural Districts qualifying farms shall also be provided to the following agencies or <br /> 42 offices: <br /> 43 <br /> 4a a Register of Deeds; <br /> 45 b.
