Vote: Ayes, 5; <br />noes, 0. <br />Agenda Item 20: [7ncollectible Taxes <br />Mr. John Horner, Tax Collector for Orange Cotuity, told the Board <br />of his efforts to locate these persons and collect the taxes owed. <br />
