OPENING REMARKS FROM THE CHAIR <br /> Chair Carey welcomed everyone to the meeting. He mentioned that everyone, including <br /> staff, who wished to speak on the Special Use Permit (C.3.a) would be sworn in prior to giving <br /> testimony. He stated that Bill Waddell, Chair of the Planning Board, would serve as the Chair <br /> for all items on the agenda, with the exception of the request for a Special Use Permit for Reba <br /> and Roses. <br /> B.
